This policy explains what Kriz Solutions (“Kriz”, “we”) does with information collected through this website.
What we collect
- Enquiries. The details you enter in our form, such as your name, email, phone number, business and project description.
- KRIZ chat. The messages you send to our AI assistant, and any details you choose to share in the conversation.
- Basic technical data. We keep a one-way hash of your IP address to limit abuse. We do not store the address itself in our chat or enquiry records.
- Analytics and advertising cookies. Only if you allow them. These may include Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and Meta Pixel.
The KRIZ AI assistant
KRIZ is an AI system, not a person, and it can make mistakes. To generate replies, your messages are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, and processed under its terms. Please do not share passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in the chat.
Your project details are only passed to the Kriz team as an enquiry after you agree in the conversation. Chat transcripts are stored so we can improve the service and follow up on enquiries, and they are deleted after a set retention period.
How we use information
We use it to respond to you, prepare quotations, run and improve this website, and protect it from misuse. We do not sell your personal information.
Who can access it
The Kriz team, and the service providers who help us run this website, including our hosting provider, AI provider and, if you allow cookies, analytics and advertising providers.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing info@digital.krizind.com. You can decline cookies when asked, or clear them in your browser at any time.
