Once the website has been successfully launched, Kriz Digital will continue to handle applicable service requests in accordance with the active hosting, package and service terms.This may include addressing reasonable technical issues related to the website setup and configuration provided by Kriz Digital.Service requests will be handled based on availability, technical requirements and the nature of the request.New functionality, redesigns, major content changes, additional development, new integrations, bulk updates and other work outside the approved package may be treated as additional services and may carry separate charges.Continued hosting and applicable service availability beyond the initial one-year period will be subject to renewal and the applicable terms communicated by Kriz Digital.

01. Application Does Not Guarantee Selection
Submitting the application does not guarantee that the business will be selected for the campaign. Kriz Digital reserves the right to review, shortlist and select applicants based on its campaign criteria, capacity, suitability and other internal considerations.
02. Campaign Availability
The campaign may have limited availability and may be modified, paused, extended, restricted or discontinued at the discretion of Kriz Digital.
03. Package Scope
Only the features specifically included in the confirmed package are covered by the campaign. Any feature not included in the confirmed package may be treated as an additional requirement.
04. Development Timeline
Development timelines are estimates and may depend on content submission, approvals, revisions, technical dependencies, third-party services and communication from the business.
05. Client Delays
If the business fails to provide required content, approvals, credentials or information within a reasonable timeline, development and launch may be delayed.
06. Content Accuracy
The business is responsible for ensuring that all information, claims, prices, product details, policies and other content provided for publication are accurate and lawful.
07. Copyright & Intellectual Property
The business must have the necessary rights and permissions to use all logos, photographs, videos, text, graphics, trademarks and other materials supplied to Kriz Digital.
08. Illegal or Prohibited Content
Kriz Digital may refuse to develop, host or publish content that is illegal, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, defamatory, infringing, harmful or otherwise unsuitable for the service.
09. Business Responsibility
The business remains responsible for its products, services, transactions, customer communication, legal compliance, taxes, refunds, shipping, warranties and other business operations.
10. Ecommerce Responsibility
For ecommerce websites, the business is responsible for orders, inventory, pricing, delivery, returns, refunds, payment disputes, customer service and compliance with applicable ecommerce laws.
11. Third-Party Dependency
Kriz Digital cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party services such as payment gateways, domain registrars, APIs, email services, social media platforms or external integrations.
12. Hosting
Hosting is provided by Kriz Digital for the initial one-year period under the campaign. Hosting availability is subject to the applicable hosting infrastructure, technical limitations and acceptable-use requirements.
13. Hosting Renewal
After the initial one-year period, continued hosting will require renewal. Renewal charges and applicable terms will be communicated before renewal.
14. Domain
The domain is not included in the standard campaign offer. Domain purchase and renewal remain the responsibility of the business unless otherwise agreed.
15. Additional Charges
Premium services, third-party charges, custom development, additional features, advanced integrations and other requirements outside the confirmed package may involve additional charges.
16. Revisions
Reasonable revisions within the agreed scope may be provided. Repeated revisions, major redesigns, changes after approval or new requirements may be treated as additional work.
17. Approval
The business is responsible for reviewing the website content and functionality before launch and communicating corrections within the applicable review period.
18. Launch
Launch may occur after required content, approvals, domain configuration and technical requirements have been completed.
19. Post-Launch Support
After launch, reasonable service requests will be handled according to the applicable service and hosting terms. New development work is not automatically included.
20. Website Availability
Kriz Digital will make reasonable efforts to maintain the website and hosting service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability due to server issues, network failures, third-party outages, cyber incidents, maintenance or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
21. Security
Reasonable security measures may be implemented, but no website or online system can be guaranteed to be completely immune from security vulnerabilities, attacks or technical failures.
22. Backups
Where backups are available as part of the hosting environment, they are intended as a recovery measure and should not be considered an absolute guarantee against data loss.
23. Campaign Promotion
Selected businesses may be requested to reasonably participate in campaign promotion, testimonials, feedback, launch content, case studies or website showcase activities associated with this initiative.
24. Promotional Materials
Subject to the campaign arrangement, Kriz Digital may use the business name, website URL, publicly available business information, website screenshots and agreed testimonial or campaign materials for portfolio and promotional purposes.
25. No Guaranteed Marketing Results
Participation in the campaign or receiving a website does not guarantee increased sales, enquiries, traffic, rankings, followers, conversions or revenue.
26. Changes To The Offer
Kriz Digital reserves the right to modify, update, replace, restrict, suspend or discontinue any part of the campaign, including features, eligibility, package scope, process, pricing or terms, without prior notice.
27. Confirmed Commitments
Any specific commitment already confirmed in writing with a selected business will be governed by the terms communicated and accepted for that engagement, subject to applicable law.
28. Service Refusal
Kriz Digital may refuse or suspend development, hosting or publication where necessary due to legal, security, technical, payment, misuse, abuse or other legitimate concerns.

This information may be used to review your application, communicate with you regarding the campaign, confirm selection, collect website requirements, coordinate development, provide support and administer the website service.
Communication may take place through WhatsApp, email, telephone, SMS or other communication channels using the contact information provided by the applicant.
Applicants should not submit passwords, payment card details, banking credentials or other highly confidential information through the campaign application form unless specifically requested through an appropriate secure process.
The applicant confirms that the information submitted is accurate and that they have the authority to provide the information and business materials submitted as part of the application.
Kriz Digital may retain application and project information for reasonable business, administrative, support, legal and record- keeping purposes, subject to applicable law and its applicable privacy practices.
